I did search and read about this awesome Filter. I have a few questions though.

If I get one, can I remove the airbox cover? Or would that just consume more gas? I noticed this when I opened the air box a little, made more noise and consumed more gas.

Should I go with the ITG filter or just get an Ingen Cold Air Intake?
