if a dealership is requiring a VIN to order a part... then they're doing shady marketing... just find a new dealer.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">They probably want to verify that you own an SVT. I know that some dealers will only sell parts to verified SVT owners to keep it "exclusive".

I know Europe has the same policy with RS equipment.
