Real Cool

I just inherited a 1971 Honda CB 175!

It’s real retro looking. Absolutely love it. It took me almost no time to get it running. New plugs
New battery
New fuel lines

Had to have a key made and its up and running after sitting in a garage for 21 years.

Not bad for a 31 year old bike!

I'd consider new tires as a fairly high priority - you don't want to have one let go on you.

I dig old bikes, but not the new retro ones that have started to appear. Congrats on your new toy!

Tires are definitely on my to do list but I am holding off as I have no paper work on the bike at this time. Have to go to the DMV to find out if I can title the bike as everything has been lost.

Sorry, don't mean to poke fun at you, but I just have too. It's not "retro looking", it's friggin old. That is like saying an old beatle is retro looking, again just old.

BTW congrats on the "new" bike. I love tinkering on old stuff.

You know your right.

Didn't think about that.

It would have to be new trying to emulate the past to be retro.

This is just plain old
