Hi,
I happily wandered back to my wonderful 5 year old focus today to find that some nice pl***er had dented it.

The dent is fairly small, but the scratch has broken the paintwork I think.

What do people here suggest to do for a "reasonable" repair (doesnt have to be 100% perfect, but not a total bodge)

- Try one of those remove-dent outfits (but I think paint damaged)
- get quote from full body shop?
- any ideas on price?
- should I just patch up with touch up paint.
- should I ask somewhere else

The car's a UK 2000.

I've uploaded a picture or 2 at

The dent is just below the wing mirror, drivers side.

pics aren't working.

First, you need to see if the paint is actually damaged...Try buffing the area to remove any paint left by the other car so you can get a clear view of the damage

pics arent working. usually to remove a dent, you use the pin welder and pull the dent out. cut off the pins and grind flat. use bondo as necesary, then paint.
