Porsche Carrera GT - Fantastic screaming engine note.

Any Ferrari... particularly the flat-crank V8s. I listened to a 430 Scuderia a few times last week... definitely a nice wail.

The McLaren F1 has a muted wail.. Neat tone.

The new BMW V-10 equipped cars are a very F1 sound when you add an aftermarket exhaust. We were surprised the first time we fitted one, The sound was great but totally unexpected.

 

Saw/heard an M6 the other day with an exhaust .... O M G!!!

 

Any race prepped Ferrari screams at a very high pitch. F333SP was very loud when I heard it at a track. V10 and V8 F1 cars also are high pitch. I have heard some 911 race cars that are fairly high pitched. Honda B18 engine going to over 10k makes all sorts of screaming noises, mostly in protest. Any non-diesel LMP cars also scream with high rpm's.

Ferrari race cars, both production based, F1, and F333SP
Porsche 911 race cars, non-turbo
Honda/Acura Integra's/Civic/S2000 race cars
Any V8/V10 F1 engine
Most petrol powered LMP cars

also a 1990 LX mustang with a beast exhuast can really ROAR. i use to own one and i had a DECENT flowmaster exhust on it and it was A MONSTER. i couldnt imagine it with a better exhuast prob be one of the loudest cars within 200 miles of my house lol.

twin turbod croba. nuff said, some of the blow off valves in them can go louder than the engie and exhuiast put togheter. its scary.

As many have said: Any new M5 with an exhaust. They sound like absolute Tarmac death in person. It's amazing.

Has to be engine note related? Anything with straight cut gears. R32 sounds pretty nice in a "clog your ears with your fingers" sorta way.

I beleave this is the definition of 'screamist' engine. 1:40 to 1:46 is very nice!
