Just last night I drove a short distance in my Focus (ACIII)-6 psi. I let my car sit for about two hours in cold weather. When I tried to start my car again it was a pain in the a##. So what I want to know is why turbos and cold weather don't get along. Does anyone have any suggestions to what i can do to make this better? The car was bucking like a rodeo bull on the way back to my pad and I am seriously concerned. I don't mind giving it steady throttle but when the brake and clutch are necessary at the same time this makes things difficult. Can anyone can give me some help or something? I plan on turning the boost down for the winter season, maybe that will help. As I finally made it home i had to feahter the clutch like crazy just to make it in my driveway.

I will post again in the morning and see if things shape up. Any suggestions or tips would be great via this is my first turbo car.

Well, I checked in the morning and my oil was definitely froze!

Actually, the plenum that connects to the throttle body was about 5 inches away from the throttle body. I don't know what happened but I think the clamp wasn't as tight as it could have been. I tightened it this morning and all's well. Thanks guys!
