Thats actually pretty normal with the Zetec (even though it shouldn't be) - I see it all the time.

I decided to check my sparks yesterday an was shocked. Two sparks, wires and everything around were covered with rust, two other with white residue. I bought this car not long ago. I haven't seen any coolant loss. Car has 23000 miles. Was it built with water inside ??? What can be wrong ? Gap also looked big so I made it smaller. Do you know default gap and torque ? Should I check that regulary ?

that was not a smart thing to do just because it looked big. The stock gap is .054 and hopefully you got a sparkplug gapper.Gap also looked big so I made it smaller. Do you know default gap and torque ?
