Thanks for the tips on the drums man...I still just am not sure. I may try to incorporate alittle more yellow in the scheme of things. I am just really really torn as to what I want to do next. It's either the Mach 5 hood or a kit. (Probably the WW type W kit)

Im not flaming you, but I like the cleaner look of black drums. I'd rather not draw attention to my drums at all, so thats why i painted mine black after they rusted (damned RS5's show through a lot with those spokes dont they?). Unless you are planning on adding more yellow mods to your car, I think it may look a little out of place. Oh yeah, Sangria rules!

sorry man. i mean, it looks decent, it's not overdone or anything, but if you want the clean appearance of the outside, i'd just go with either body matched, or go with black. can't go wrong with black, ya know? tite car though. lovin' the wheels. was gonna get those before i got mine. good choice!!

Do you experience any rubbing of the tires with the wheel/tire/drop setup you have? I love those rims and just wanted to see if they will be any kind of problemo when the car is lowered.

I've always been a hatchback and wagon man but the Focus IMO looks best as a sedan. Loose the yellow and go with grey, black or silver and make that your theme. Flat black would be cool in an understated kind of way.

 

hehe I'm torn...To yellow or not to yellow, that is the question. hehe I'll figure it out.

BlueZX3Atl - I have the light Charcoal interior. I think it would probably look better with the darker interior myself. Only way to know, I guess, is to try it. I'll be at this Sat. G2G by the way! Hope to see ya there!

DANgerous - I don't have any rubbing at all on the tires. Sometimes the coils on my springs will touch, but I just put a rubber wrap around it and things seem great. The ride is wonderful too! You'll love the new look with the drop...makes the sedan's look 100% better if you ask me! Good luck with your ride!!

 

I hate five-spoke wheels, but I must say yours won me over in a blink! but imho the yellow has got to go. black would do the trick just fine, specially on those drums. otherwise, it's a sweet car.

AlaFoci get yourself a scotchbrite pad and just scuff up the paint real good, then lay down a coat or two of primer, and repaint them. I personally would go with a candy red, it would look good, either that or go back to black.
