I currently have a set of Steeda springs on my SVT with the stock shocks. I was wondering would the steeda springs work well with some KYB AGX shocks? Or should I save for a few more onths and just get the KONI kit that comes with shocks, struts, and springs(not the coil over kit). It is over twice ths cost of the KYB's. I dont any autocrossing just street use. Be wise to go KYB or just spend the extra cash.

Do you like the Steeda springs? They should be pretty good.

Dario Orlando is no numbnuts; his stuff is good.

The answer lies in how much you want to spend. The AGX's are from a reputable manufacturer and are very adjustable. The trick is finding the right settings and then knowing what increments to adjust in as they wear.

The Koni Kit is tempting (for use in a streeter); it seems as if it would be tuned more for road use rather than hardcore track use, but, as you say, twice as much money.

If you like the Steeda springs then add the KYB's.

If you don't like the Steeda springs, then go for the Koni Kit.

Then I will add the KYB cause I have no complaints about the steeda springs. just wasnt sure if they would match the KYB's well.
