My alternator went bad lately, I replaced it and realize that water drain not only from the 2 sides of the car, but also in the middle. (Between plastic panel and firewall, highlighted in blue).
Between the metal firewall and the plastic, there is a line of gap where water can drain out....are the car designed to drain from this location or the plastic and metal supposed to be sealed?

REALLY? is that factory default?
That is a bad place to drain consider all the electrical connectors and alternators are near by...😂😂😂😂
Honestly, no idea. These cars are 20 years old now so flying blind at this point 😂

Mine dumps onto the intake manifold and I always have a puddle there after it rains (SVT).
