My alternator went bad lately, I replaced it and realize that water drain not only from the 2 sides of the car, but also in the middle. (Between plastic panel and firewall, highlighted in blue).
Between the metal firewall and the plastic, there is a line of gap where water can drain out....are the car designed to drain from this location or the plastic and metal supposed to be sealed?
