SVT calls for 5W30. Standard Zetec is 5W20. The SVT has a supplemental owners manual that spells out all the required fluids. RP hasn't done me wrong after about 33,000 out of 37,000 miles. Nate.

 

Your money is better spent on Mobile 1 Synthetic - They use higher grade oil ... RP uses grades 3 and 4 and Mobile 1 uses 4+ only. Just a little FYI if your interested.

 

5W30 for the SVT, they don't like the 5W20.

I run Motorcraft synthetic blend and change it every 3000.

 

i got my cm stage 3 today waiting for the flywheel what a normal price for that to be installed?

I run Castrol Syntec 5W30... Mobil1 or Castrol are the two top choices in my book.
