I'm really liking the interior. The RS wheel matches the blue seats nicely and you have a painted harness bar to match. Then there's the SVT shift knob and RS center console with the burlwood stereo surround and the bitchin headliner........all very nice. Just not a huge fan of the pedals. While the blue matches good, they look a bit too large and generic in style. Everything else isn't generic and IMHO I think some different blue pedals might look better.

On the outside the ST170 front, rear, and lights are all great and I have always liked the In-Pro tails. The hood even looks fine, but combining those with the sideskirts and midwing and it doesn't all flow. Actually, I think it's just the sideskirts. They sit a LOT lower than your front and rear and with the multiple "scoops" on the skirts, they don't seem to fit the rest of the style of the outside. Some more subtle and not as low sideskirts might tie it all together a bit better.

when I saw the first pic with the lambo doors I cringed a little, but after seeing the whole car I give it a major thumbs up  I do agree with Ataru that the side skirts are a bit out of place and mess up the flow, but the car as a whole is awesome, especially the interior (your eadliner is awesome :D)

Did you swap a 6 speed in there? I noticed the SVT knob....

MY HOOD!!! MY SIDE SKIRTS!! MY TAIL LIGHTS!!

haha...glad I was able to make some contributions. You've been pretty busy!! I like how you tied in blue in the interior (even a blue Ipod) with some under the hood as well. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE the headliner man!!! How hard was it to do?? You'll have to come down here and help me do mine...haha. Euro center dash panel and RS center console look great as well. Are you working on relocating your battery or just had it out for the pics?

I have 2 suggestions for ya. Personally I would send that header to Jet-hot and have it coated. They even have a shiny chrome like finish and it reduces the heat too. I think that would clean up the engine bay some since the valve cover looks so nice. Also you were right about the ST170 needing a lip. I didn't think those side skirts hung so low or the ST170 front was so high. I wish you luck finding the St170 trim pieces. Keep up the great work man!

Nice! Another blackwood radio bezel. :)

I like everything except the fact that the side skirts sit so low. I think if you get the right lip for the front/rear bumpers (or lip kit) that it would look 10x better. However, the car does look pretty b!tch3n. Love those tails lights with that color paint too! :D

Instead of trying to find the trim pieces for the front bumper why not smooth it out??

Now there's an idea! I know I have seen a smoothed ST170 bumper and it looks sick....I'll try to find a pic. I know the tow hook cover hole could easily be filled because I had mine shaved. When you track down a front lip you could take the bumper in with you and get it all worked on/painted together. Sucks that you already spent the money to have it painted once though. Just an idea.

*EDIT*

Nice looking, kind of low looking front lip on ST170 bumper - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v437/98LowRanger/FOCI/11.jpg

I figured it was just a matter of time before someone else did a plaid headliner :) I like the car overall, but the doors, side skirts, lack of a lip on the ST170 front, pedals, and exhaust just don't flow with the rest of the car to me :dunno:

If you run a search of threads I've made, you'll find my big how-to guide for redoing the headliner, shik. I also just happened to do mine in plaid, so jimbone here must have good taste ;)

Nice car man, lookin forward to seeing it in person. I wanna test out those seats if ya dont mind....I've been wanting to get racing seats but I don't want to buy some without sitting in em first ya know?

Where did you go on the beach like that? OBX? I didn't know we were still allowed to do that here.

well thank you all for all the positive feedback. i did not have those doors at the hanging rock meet. the headliner was a pain. but luckly i had my mom to help with that. although 2focusd i think took his to a shop and did it and turned out nicely. and he is where i got the idea to do mine. i did get my other spoiler on so it now looks a little bit better in the back. and i was thinking about getting a lip and when i was getting ready to post up a question someone from canda asked. but i like the ones that mark put links to. and hopefully i will be able to let you test the seats in person next week, ill know tomorrow hopefully. the beach pics were taken right down the road from my inlaws on North Topsail Beach. didnt go very far in since we didnt think that we would get as far as we did, but come to find out we could have just drove right next to the water and gotten out away from all the other people that were out there and possibly gotten some better ones.

thx Brian... maybe I'll be different and go burberry then.. :p
Argyle would be tight!

I definitely think that the bumper either needs a good lip on it, or the side skirts have to go. I also agree that a different exhaust set up would look better under that bumper. However, I understand that its a work in progress and with cars, nothing stays the same for long.

and as for the battery, i did put it in the back. and the header will most likely not get recoated since i am planning on taking it out and putting a turbo in there. so hopefully that will be a little more GO to go with the SHOW. i have done cam gears, cams, udp, intake mani and the throttle body, along with the full exhaust.

Thanks for the credit, Jimmy :) I did indeed take my headliner to a shop to have them apply the fabric, but only because I was unsure of what sort of adhesive to use that'd stick. As it stands, they used an industrial grade spray adhesive that came out like Silly String and it's held up great. After looking over your pictures again, if you added some sort of semi-aggressive front and rear lip to the car it'd look a LOT better. The ST170 front just looks incomplete having nothing on the bottom, but the stock EDM rubber lip might look too tame as well next to those aggressive side skirts and hood :dunno: The good thing is that there are tons of options for you as far as lips go, as long as you're willing to shell out some cash with shipping because you're not going to find any of them stateside ;) I'm also not too sure about the random skull in place of the build number on that center console, unless this was build #666 or something

Speaking of, I still think that we should be setting up some sort of meet-up point sometime this spring so that your bumpers can become my bumpers ;)
