Some photoshopping for an SVT please?

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could take a stock svtf photo (Sonic Blue), and paint the stock wheels sonic blue,black, or both. I honestly have never used photoshop, so I dont know how unrealistic or realistic this request is, but I would appreciate the help. Any comments are welcome, as I am sure people will think I am crazy for wanting to powdercoat my stock svt wheels sonic blue(maybe with a polished lip). Anyways I appreciate the help.
