yeah, and they went up, what, $.025/gal? if you burn a tank each week, that's about $3.

btw i got regular grade chevron in renton for $2.53 on sunday. that's like $0.20 cheaper than up here, i made sure to fill it up!

okay, you're getting to the point where it's kinda sketchy that you care so much. did somebody you know trade it in? do you work at the dealer?

Wow I would jump all over that if I could.
Hey do you guys think they take trade in vehicles?
a trade in on a used car? they might not give you a great deal on it. not sure. the margins are smaller on used, usually so there's less leeway.

don't tell me you're considering trading the gorgeous sedan for that orange thing???

Umm i dunno. I really want a hatchback but im not sure what i want to do. I do have high miles on my sedan and no warranty left. That focus has everything i want in it too. Plus im sure it still has a little warranty left. Not that it would matter cuz most likely the things i will do to it will prolly void it.But the only thing i would be worried about would be that a hatch would feel 2 small 2 me.

well, 2 things about the hatch compared to the sedan (as until july of this year, we owned one of each). the hatch, with the backseats folded down, is downright cavernous. i can fit anything in there. BUT -- if you're going to put more than 2 people in your car on a regular basis, you probably don't want a ZX3. it's difficult to climb in and out of the back. not too bad once you're back there (i'm told.... i drive the ZX3 so i'm never in the back heh) but getting there is a bear.

ideally, i'd love a ZX5 comp orange SVT. try and find one of those used... heh, people are holding on to them!

right now i'm just happy my car is paid for. now i'm sinking my $280/mo that used to be my payment, into paying bills and getting rid of debt, and eventually i can throw a little back at my car to keep it fun.

lol nope drove by it last night was still sitting there
I was gonna come up and take it for a test drive today but i got sick last night and now i have a cold.
Get the car. I used to drive a sedan as well, saw a black SVTF for sale, knew I wanted the car so I bought it.

Some stuff you will notice right away is the power increase, you won't be able to keep your foot off the throttle. Then you're gonna notice that you can slide probably 100x better in the svtf. Be careful though, traction control is kind of... funny, I give it about a 50/50 help/hurt ratio when it comes to sliding, just don't let it send you into a curb.

As for the seating issue, I comfortably fit 5 people (including myself) in my hatch all the time. I would say 90% of the time when my car is full, people are faded and they manage to get in and out of my car with ease.

One last thing that is vital to know before purchasing this car, you're going to get bent over by your insurance agent. They rate this car as if it came supercharged out of the box, which it should have but didn't. I am paying about 2x insurance than car payment, it is pretty ridiculous, but when you love something you do whatever you gotta do.

Ya thanks for all the info! But it sold. I was gonna go test drive it soon as my cold got better....cuz im sick. But looks like i cant now.If you guys find any at a dealership let me know in the future cuz i may trade my sedan in. Thanks!
