Does anyone here know a trustworthy shop to install poly suspension bushings on an SVTF in the South Bay? Even better would be if it's cheap.

It's not going to be cheap, I'll tell you that much. Burning out the stock control arm bushings is a complete pain in the ass and time consuming, and that's just for the front ones. Doing the rear bushings is an even more time consuming pain in the ass. If you can't find anyone, you could probably look into a shop that's good with mk5 & newer VWs since the suspension is nearly identical.

Got a quote. Is $700 for spring/strut, dogbone motormount bushing, and all suspension bushings pretty steep or is that to be expected?

That seems pretty reasonable. I would be hesitant to do it that cheap.

The place seemed reputable. Google search led me to a bunch of local luxury car forums and they seemed to like them. I was also referred to them from a reputable alignment shop who did good work on my Evo so I'm sure I can trust them. Either way this is just for my beater so I didn't want to spend too much.
