Hey I know both spi head work and spi turbo build have both been topics but I am thinking about getting a spare spi head and getting work done to it to try to prevent valve seat drop, and I'd like to Port and polish if I can afford it.but while keeping that in mind,I would also like to have some extra power and iv had people recommend turbo builds saying"it's alot easier than you think." I want to know what is the cheapest I can make power with the spi on stock internals(should I go turbo and how should I approach that) and what should I do to the head while keeping it under $300in machine shop work. Sorry if it seems too long or dumb,I'm new here.
