You have a couple choices....none of them great. Pacesetter used to make one, maybe they still do, but there were questions as to the firing order, and are kind of regarded as junk. I think Focus Central made a shorty style, which were quality, but are VERY hard to find. You can use a zetec header, but you have to modify the flange in order to mount it to the SPI head. Lastly, you can find an old escort gt header. It will bolt to the SPI head with no issues, but the Y pipe at the bottom needs to be moved forward to clear the oil pan. That was the route I chose.......
Also have to figure something out about the EGR.....I just blocked it off.
