I'm thinking of getting an incresed flow of cold-air intake. I've looked at K&N and AEM. Could someone who has put an increased flow intake on their car tell me about what they got, what it took to put on and what kind of changes they had.

don`t bother with it... with our car, the problem is the head`s flow... so about any kind of intake will be ok and wont give real improvement except in sound... so even a homemade cai made out of 3i.d. exhaust tubing and homedepot rubber coupling and a cone filter at one end
