is there anything i can put on my fiberglass bumper to prevent
those damn spider cracks

If it has already happened, no. You'll have to sand and repaint. There is a clear coat, that I forgot what it's called, that lets the paint bend with the bumper so that doesn't happen. Just ask a local body shop.

LaidToRest, that flexible primer that is sprayed onto a Urethane bumepr is designed so that the paint adheres to it and then flexes with the bumper during movement.

as far as I know, its not going to work on fiberglass body pieces b/c fiberglass doesn't flex and thus if it flexes it cracks and breaks.
