The 5th Annual Spring Into Focus: Great Lakes Regional G3G (its that huge!) has been scheduled for 2010!

Instead of offering a range of dates that never seemed to work out for anyone, we've gone ahead and reserved the Northern Lodge at Highbanks Metroparks for April 24th, 2010. Furthermore, we're giving lots of advanced notice, so that everyone can clear their schedules to join us. This is the laid back, family-friendly, hang out, eat food, and swap parts G2G that everyone must attend! There are about 80+ parking places available, so if parking becomes an issue, compact Fords and Mazdas will receive preferential space allotments.

Legal stuff: I don't think it needs to be said, but all park rules will be abided by. Music needs to stay at a reasonable level and there will be no automotive shenanigans (excessive speed, burn-outs, etc) within the park. As my name is on the reservation, I reserve the right to ask people to leave.
Rules
"Metro Park rules and regulations apply to all persons including members of the group. The facility shall be open for inspection by any authorized eomployee of the park board for the purpose of assuring the use of the park property in compliance with park rules and regulations. A complete copy of rules and regulations are avalible upon request.
The person signing this permit on behalf of the named group assumes personal liability for the breakage, destruction or removal of park property by any member of the group as well as responsibility for the conduct of the named group. A charge will be assessed if the facility is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Adult supervision of an underage group is required.
We would request that our visitors not engage in the following:
1. Possess or consume beer and or alcohol
2. Gather firewood
3. Pets on nondesignated trails or in reservable lodges
4. Water balloons, eggs throwing, lawn darts, glitter, confetti or other similar materials.
5. No livestock or generators"
