Haha. We could see how many Foci a ranger could pull.

A guy asked if a few of his Ranger friends could come along and it turned into like 25 people. I figure its fun to have a big car show so why not. I was expecting ten trucks not thirty, but regardless I think it will be a great time looking at cars with other enthusiasts. I heard there will be several turbo rangers coming.

No disrespect intended, but im actually shocked that there is a strong enthusiast following for Ford Rangers...never really struck me as a vehicle with a cult following.....

I must say, if I see one set of swinging truck nuts, a decal of a hunter in one rear window and a deer in the other corner, or Calvin Pissing on Obama, your Mama or a Chevy Bow-Tie, a decal of any Nascar number, or a sticker saying "If you aint first your last" (complete with improper grammer, spelling and punctuation), i'll have to turn my Skittle right around and head back north...

While I recognize that is a sterotypical statement, it is more often true than not.....usually owners of trucks, and Monte Carlos follow suit with their choice in vinyl...don't know why, but it's true...

I'm open to meeting anyone, I just hope the truck guys don't fit the typical stereotype....

I have no idea i hope they aren't too obnoxious myself. If that ends up being the case then next year will be limited to foci but you also have to remember that there are foci owners that fill all of your truck stereotypes.

yes, we will see what the ranger gang is all about. I to think, hick, lifted, mud running, torn interior, with lots of cans in the back, when i think of the small truck owners i know. lol:rolleyes:
lol, good old stereo types...

I used to drive an '01 Ranger Edge and I am your typical city dweller. Was fun in the winter for sure, 4.0L rear wheel drive....if you got stuck in a snow bank or something messing around, just turn the dial to 4x4 and your free. This was back in the early 2000's though, when gas was still cheap. I wouldnt want to pay for the gas now on a 4.0l.

I'm sure the ranger people will be fine, if not, its a big enough place...

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it too! Had a good time last year. Be nice to put some names and faces with some FJ handles. Plus I'll have some stuff to sell or trade.

If it rains we could always raid the restaurant! I believe there should be around 50-60 vehicles there if not more. Hope to see you there!
