Sounds like its coming from the front left of car near headlight. Didn't feel anything loose. removed tire. Kinda bald, but secure. Rotors and pads are new and secure. Wheel had no play when lifted and trying to wiggle it. Only recent repair is a new horn which is in the area of the noise, but it seems secure.
