I will be receiving my fidanza flywheel and spec stg1 clutch, next week. what would you guys suggest i should change when they do my installation? flywheel bolts, master cylinder, etc..? any sugestions?
I've changed the stock clutch on my car already, so I'd start with the throwout bearing to go with a new clutch and pressure plate. Not sure about flywheel bolts, but BAT has them, and I'd say it's inexpensive insurance.
Also, I'd take the tranny out with the subframe off as well. It looked like I could slide it out with the frame on the car, but it turned out to be the biggest pain in the arse to get the thing in and out, as well as to handle the trans and get it back in place. Otherwise, it's not a really tough job if you have experience pulling front-drive cars apart.
