Okay, maybe not a complete overhaul. I'm going to get the SVT suspension for my focus, and was just curious what other stuff I should get. I don't race it or anything, but I like driving spiritedly (sp?) on curvy roads. Like what's a good bushing kit? What kind of sway bars would be good? Etc. etc. All opinions and advice are appreciated. Oh yeah, one more thing. My car has 115000 miles, and I got it at 92000, and I have no idea how well it was taken care of before me. What stuff should I check or replace while I'm down there?

polyurethane seats for the rear springs, p-51 shims, poly end links for the rear sway bar. those things are cheap and should help a little.

Use the SVT sway bars that come with the full kit.
Don't mess w/ other bushings unless you're doing competition. The rear endlinks should be Poly-U if they are SVT pieces.
If they don't come with the kit, use your current endlinks and add the Prothane rear swaybar bushing kit, but don't use the bar bushings, just the endlinks.
Unless you have a specific problem, the Full SVT kit should have all you need to do for your application.

EDIT: For about $25, I'd get the P-51 shims for the rear shocks too.

Below are the additional OEM pieces I also replaced when I installed my SVT suspension. I figured as long as I was in there I wasn't going to reuse any of the oringinal fasteners or wear-parts. Additionally I had to replace the lower control arms due to seized bushings/bolts at both ends of each arm.

How much did all those OEM parts cost? BallPark? I 2 am about to do this upgrade on my 00 focus with 105000KM. (Plus it is making that annoying slow turn clunking)
