I was thinkin of buyin this , would i need to take the old struts to a shop to have the springs removed, to reuse anyhting or are they able to be swapped out?

You will need the boots and bump stops off the front struts and the bump stops off the rear shocks, take me about 2 hours to do a set up like that, its easier than most people think.

I'm pretty sure you also have to take the front struts apart to get the top spring mount off for the new struts. That will require spring compressing.

It's also a good idea while you're in there to get new bearings from Ford for the top of the strut. They're cheap and you're already in there so why not.

The strut bearings. They're less than $10 a piece from the Ford parts counter. I believe it's part #5 in this diagram:
