Well, the rears are absurdly simple. Look at them and you can see what I mean. The fronts are no harder than any other car with struts. You need a set of spring comressors, a few wrenches and a couple hours. Very simple. I might suggest changing dampers while your're in there if you plan too. You want any help in Houston and there are about a zillion of us that can help. Drive on up to my house and we'll have them on in 3 hours flat.

 

Progress are great springs. I have them on my car. Install is a cinch plus you've got a lot of great guys in Houston that will help you out with the install.

The suspension under the Focus is untra simple, I've done about a dozen so far and it now only takes me about an hour and a half .... tops. I also have the instructions that I wrote up that will walk you through step-by-step. if you want a copy just send me your email and I'll send it to you. Well thanks for all the help and for the directions. It was a piece of cake. Only took me 1 hour and 30 minutes, not bad for my first time. Dan if you are interested there is a couple things I would change on the directions to make it go faster.
