Ok..i was at my buddies the other day...and he was looking at my SVT engine...and he peeked down at the tranny connects to the engine part and there was a bolt hanging down from the tranny like barely on there i dunno how??!?!I hopped on the phone and called Bowen scarff ford in kent and yelled at them so bad o man i was pissed...Earlier that day i had called ford to bring in my car anyways because there has been a lil squeeking noise coming from my engine/tranny while in neatural lightly pressing the gas or starting in 1st gear and starting to go keep in mind that a few weeks ago i took my car in to get the cat shield replaced so unless that broke again thats gotta be the problem...So next day i took my car down to ford having them check for that noise...Fixing the Windshield wiper switch relay because when i'd push down for it to go one cycle it would stop...there putting back the bolt and checking all other bolts around the tranny and car....Fixing the VCT soilenoid oil leak on the top of my valve cover but beneith the "powered by SVT" plastic cover...Keep in mind ALSO that i had gone in for this problem a month ago and they denied it because of my Focussport cool flo intake and the PCV valve line running to that shorty filter instead of connecting to the intake tube like stock...So they blamed that setup of intake on the Oil leak which is BullS*H*I*T...because the air going from the pcv to the intake tube is just going through that and the shorty filter is going to the atmosphere...theres no way that could be the problem...So long story short since i had such the inconvience of COMING DOWN again!!! keep in mind ALSOO this is about the 8th time coming down to get my SVT focus worked on!My friend had the same oil leak problem with the soilnoid of the VCT and he got it fixed at a ford dealership so i brought it to bowen scarffs attention and they finally agreed to do it...hey atleast i got a car from enterprise

I feal your pain. I have had to go back to the dealership, Scarff Ford Auburn, a couple of times to get stuff fixed under warranty when they didn't think it was a problem the first time. The last time I had the car in at the dealership for having the wiring for the rear wiper/defroster replaced. They ordered the wrong harnes fisrt so a week later I had to go back. After having the car for 24 hours I had to call them and ask if my car was done. Well I guess either in the deconstruction or reinstalation of a part they broke it and had to order a new one. I was more pissed that they hadn't called and let me know that there was a problem, not that they had broken the part. So after 4 days of having the car for what should have been a 8-10 hour job I got the car back.
Its a ford can you expect anything less haha

Be nice, My mother got rid of her Nissan Maxima because it had constant problems and their service was horrible.

My father had a Grand Cherokee and has sworn off Chrysler products for eternity after owning that nightmare.
