Yes it isnt cheap but most of the best things arnt

It comes with tuning and has run a 13.4 @ 108 MPH with ALL stock engine

no other turbo kit that I know of as complete as his with tuning included.

There are a couple other companies making them, but so far Tom I think is the only true complete, dyno and tested kit(street and track).
