switch in service dealers

well i got fed up with the attitude i was getting from the dealership that i bought my car from. bring it in for service and they always have some comment like, 'broke it again racing huh?'
so went to the new dealer. huge difference in professionalism. new dealer actually listens, realizes they don't know everything, etc.
got a call from them 3 hours after dropping it off, something i didn't get in 2 1/2 weeks at the other place. parts are coming in tomorrow and hopefully will be finished by friday. need it to be back in good working order for the gtg this sunday.

I am glad to hear that you are now getting the respect that you deserve from your new dealership's service department

I changed dealerships originally too because of their lack of knowledge and lack of customer support.
