Focus Rising 2011 was a great success. Well over 100 members in attendance with 89 Foci and 7 Fiestas showing up for one of the best showings we've ever had. The quality of vehicles in attendance were truly on par and head turners. With every awesome weekend like this comes many folks that deserve some thanks.
First off Thank You to the man Ron Myers, owner of this site for helping promote the event on here and getting the name out further. Ron also was critical in helping me get in contact with many folks at Ford Motor Company and setting me up with them to get things in line for this weekend. FocalJet donated some awesome swag to be given out to the attendees as well and get the FJ name out further!
Second, major thanks to Ford Motor Company. From the Media Team continuing their guidance after last years event to the Auto Show Division for their donation of the Reusable Next Generation Focus Bags for the dinner banquet. MAJOR MAJOR Thanks to Lisa Schoder (Finally got your name right) for continuing contacting us thru the year and keeping us up to date. And especially for showing up to the Event on Saturday at Carlisle and taking a trip down the showfield to talk to our members on the field, many of them really appreciated that! Also Major Thanks to Lisa for attending the Dinner and Awards Banquet on Saturday Night, speaking about the new ST and 2012 Model and taking the Q&A Session like a champ and answering all our questions.
