They should be the same. If the tabs don't line up but the plug works just nip them off.

quick question though,...i know the extensions come in pairs, but the connectors for the upstream and downstream sensors are different on my car, and both extensions i received only work with the downstream sensor and not the upstream, did i get the right stuff?
are they supposed to be the same?
