Is a blessing from heaven. I just had a chili cheeseburger that rivals Tommy's.

*sigh*

Anyone else enjoy their pleasures?

Chili Cheese Fries or Onion Rings and a Pastrami Sammich - all for under six bucks - and HUGE portions...

The HAT in SIMI is the bomb...

You lie!!!!!!! lol!

Which store hooks you up with that much food for under 6 bucks?

The g/f and I's usual order:

Pastrami
Chili Cheese Fries with extra cheese
Large coke

It's usually between $13 and $15 for that order. Man the register guy must like you a lot!!! lol!

We usually get:

Chili Cheese Fries W/ Onions
Onion Rings
Hamburger

for $11 bucks -

the fries and rings are about $4 bucks each - and the burger is like 2 bucks.

It's quite the deal! HUUUUGE portions!
It really is. The food is soooo good, and we are always beyond full without even finishing the food. We always feel bad for tossing some of it away. Mmmmm...I know what I want for dinner!

We've worked in Pas and when we did my boss would always send someone on a 10 A.M. Hat run (we started at 7, didn't get lunch 'til 1...)

Mid-morning Hat pastrami sammiches w/ mustard and teh p1ckl3z FTW. :dro0l:

Yummeh.

Johnnie's is around the kerner from where I live now; I've taken a real shine to their chili cheddar w/onions Vienna Beef hotdog. They crisp teh weenie and it's absolutely the best chili chesse dog in the WORLD.

I think I've been to the one in Pasadena, but its been a while. But I love Tommy's.
I hear that...I was going to print out a map but there is not even an address there.

The Hat is great! The only problem is that they portions are too HUGE and I end up throwing away half of it. Now if I can only get my wife to like food like this.....

Johnnie's and Tito's. My two child hood favorites.

I remember many a late night strut to Johnnie's after clubbing with the girls and us needing something carb-enriched to reverse the hangover...

Or the high school sprints to Tito's for lunch (we only got half an hour at Culver High)...

Ahhh the memories.
