Here's a frind on mine in Spokane, he went deer hunting on one of the highway's on his way to work one morning. Looks like he's had some luck. He actually drove the rest of the way to work like this (about 6 miles), he knew he hit a deer, but didn't stop cause he just figured it fell to the ground.

I'm always a little nervous when I drive around the roads near Pullman and Spokane when I'm attending WSU.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Yeah, I have to agree with you. I've seen more deer strikes when I lived up there than I've seen here. BTW: Where were you when I was in Spokane, I was the only jetter in the area. I lived in Richland (Tri-Cities) in 94 - 95 then moved to Spokane in 96, finally got out of snow country last year and back to the sunshine.

I saw a car (a few days later at a body shop) that hit a CLYDESDALE.

I actually saw the horse on the road (I-84). They were trying to get it into a front-loader.
It didnt seem to be going well.

We were taking my mom's car to the dealer's body shop (there was a scratch when they bought it), and there in the lot was a late 80s/early 90s Chevy something. The front end was demolished, the windshield was laying on the dash, and the roof was pressed down against the headrests on the front seats. The hood was smashed down. It didnt look like a rollover, it looked like something BIG had landed on this thing (reminds me of the car in the new Matrix). It wasnt until I saw the tufts of fur that I remembered seeing the horse a couple days earlier.
