Anyone else think about getting this done instead of buying a package? I have a guy that can do this for me for a good price and his work is excellent from all sources that I have talked too. Why hasn't anyone gone this route?

Yeah I am all motor.. I haven't decided yet. I don't wanna go all out on it because I still have to worry about emissions and not running into major fuel issues.

Yeah I may just do that.. The guy that I'm looking at is located in Fresno and works on a lot of "race only" profiles. I have to get more info on him before I go that route but a drive and a weekend in SoCal is not out of the question.

I am aware of the fuel problems that I will run into if I go this route and I have been doing a ton of lurking lately in the FI forums. Also I will have the help of Shauwn and Will from Phord Racing.

They had a low 14 sec ZX2 running NA. I won't be rushing this or not taking any steps before I have the proper parts. No prices have been quoted to me yet but as far as I know it will be creaper then getting a ready made head and just as good.
