Nothing crazy, just found a great deal on a rear sway bar. Thought I would share.

Its a 22mm Progressive rear sway bar. The end links/bushings are worn out but good enough for now until I order energy suspension endlinks, and the bar mount bushings are in good shape. I wanted to go with a bigger bar, but this was to cheap to pass on. Cant wait to see the results on track.

I think that Progress was first to market with the bars Lorin. I know that pickins were slim when I bought mine. I haven't heard anything about their strength so I am willing to bet that they just never redesigned them. Drew (F.O.K.) would know for sure though. :)

Thanks for the comments guys.

After one day of driving, obviously, right off the bat I notice the rearend stay much flatter in turns. But so far so good, no complaints for $50 shipped. Still waiting on track results tho.

One of the biggest things you'll notice is actually at the front end.

A larger rear bar really helps to reduce inside front wheelspin when exiting a corner under throttle.

fyi the instructions say to install the stock frame mounts OVER TOP of the ones supplied by progress when you install the bar.... the ones supplied with the kit are supposed to work together with the stock ones.

Enjoy

Yes HTR Z III's, absolutely love em'. They great tires in every way and the grip they provide is very surprising and a lot of it. No complaints at all. In my opinion, Its a hard to beat "Max Performance Summer Tire", Theres not a lot of tires in the same class that can beat it, especially for the price.

The kart so much fun too

love em' too. After 20,000 miles on SVT dampers, absolutely no complaints. Great ride, great handling, great stance. They are about 15-20 lbs heavier than SVT springs, so they work great with the SVT dampers. Really good daily driver suspension set up. BUT, I want to go stiffer for the sake of track days.
