What tires should I get for some 14x6" steel wheels? I used to have Kuhmo 712s and loved them, but no one has then in 14"

If I could find something like 185/55-14, that would be best. Stock tire height is 22.1". If Speedo is off, I can live with it.

Try some ES100 Yokohamas in a 205/60-14. Stock is a 185-65-14 and the diameter is like 23.5" The 205/60's will be close and be pretty beefy...

I autocross on 195/60-14 Azenias. They are about 23.2".

The Azenias would wear to quickly for a main tire, no? I think I saw the tread wear rating on them as 200.

My commute is ~72 miles/day, and I would like to AutoX on the same tires, at least until I get another set of 14" wheels and more $. Tire $ when you have 2 kids under the age of 2 is kinda scarce.

I just found out I CAN get the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 in 185/55R14. I finally found someone with them.

that 185/55 is really gonna be short--like 21.9". the 195/60s on my car look a little short at 23"

and you're talking narrower and a 55 instead of a 60. gonna look funny methinks.

Car came stock with 145/80-13. Not on Focus. The Kumhos wear really good, which I need.
