To all who have a kona with a roof rack??????

I have the Kona roof rack on my 05 i recently pulled off the wind defelctor i bought with it, and at speed above about 40 -114 the thing whines with wind noise all the time, I was wondering if any one eltse had a kona roof rack and if it made alot of noise above 40?

aftermarket bike/roof racks do this too. it may look silly to you, but saves you from aggrevation of the noise.

You know, the noise from my rack isn't recognizable and it's not something that happens all the time while driving anyway. I think I get more noise from the Kona moldings on the sides but even that's not unbearable.
