I've been wanting to buy a set of prothane bushings for while and I've noticed that some prothane sets come with aftermarket sway bars as well (such as Focus Central's). The aftermarket sway bars measure 21mm for the rear and 20mm for the front, the exact same measurments of the OEM sway bars on my Focus now.

So my question is...Do you feel I should get the prothane kit w/the sway bars or is it just a waste of money? I mean if their aftermarket, doesn't that mean their suppose to be superior in some sort of way? Thanks!

No.
The only reason to upgrade is if you're changing size/stiffness.
Otherwise, don't worry about it.
