Ok so yeah I have hit too many potholes here in the back woods of connecticut and bent probably three or four rims already. I have a 2001 zx3 and basic five spoke stock rims that come normally with the car.

What I would like to do is upgrade to a rim package that would be stronger and possible allow me to not have to use a low profile tire.

Has anyone incurred the same problems? And possibly found soultions? Any thoughts or suggestions please...

Going with a little higher profile tire would help you a little...like if you have 50's go to 60's...etc.

If you're bending the stock 15s with the stock 195/60-15" tires... there isn't much to be done. Those are already some serious pothole absorbing tires!
