Never saw that before...that would be great and super cool. I wonder how hard it is to install...its obviously a custom job that they manufactured inhouse. It'd be something to look into I think.

Is it going to be that bad????
yeah man, solid mounts are not good for everyday drivers. Not even weekend drivers. They are "suppose" to be made for race cars, but people put them on daily drivers. You will feel everything and it puts a lot more wear and tear on motor and other parts of the car.
I hear alot of people complain when they put solid mounts on a 4 banger, due to the pistons traveling up and down I hear its really rattly, were as on a v8 or v6 the don't go directly up and down, and I hear their alot smoother with them.
a motor mount won't cause the engine to "gain" torque but it will make the driveline more solid.

So solid, in fact, that you will feel every single harmonic vibration the engine and transmission puts out. And the SVTF, being a 4-banger, has its share, especially at idle.

There is a noticeable increase in driveline harmonics in using the replacement bushings in the stock mount so I believe if you put solid mounts on, you would take them back off after the very first drive.

Solid mounts are not a good idea on a street-driven car.
