You got most of it covered and will probably notice more you need as you remove the parts from the donor car.
You still need:
1. all of the hydraulic lines from the clutch mastrer cylinder to transmission
2. flywheel
3. crank position sensor
4. driver side engine mount bracket (the mount/isolator is the same, just the bracket)
5. passenger side trans mount (they are different)
6. lower trans mount AND bracket
7. interior components: shifter assembly, brake/clutch pedal assembly w/ sensors
That is off the top of my head, there are probably more.

Important: Don't forget the crank postion sensors need to be swapped!

 

And that is why I will never attempt this mod. Too much to do, so many chances of things going wrong.

 

yea but we looked everywhere for a ZX3 manual hatch that he can just trade for and we couldnt find one...so we're just thinking of doing the auto-manual swap on it

I know that's the problem I'm going to run into when I start looking for another Focus. There's tons of them on the road but not that many with 5 speeds. At least most of the SVTs are 6 speeds.

ALL of the SVTF were 6 speeds with the getrag 285..
