I've actually seen a dyno with one. Totally killed flow. I think it lost 10 hp or something.

just last week my 17 year old nephew called me to ask if I had seen or heard of this and if it really worked?

I said Yes, it does work - the seller makes money on a worthless product. I reminded him that if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is. And this is one of those items.

But, since there is a sucker born every minute, he will sell them..

how the heck can these people sell these products claiming all of this horsepower gain when someone said they saw a dyno and they lost horsepower using this product? isnt that like false advertising?

I think you can actually get more boost (maybe .5 psi or so) from a custom cam profile than one of these things.
2.7 amps, please. Its so funny to see people buy the bigger ones for $150, when you can buy them at a boat store for $15 - morons

220 CFM? My computer moves more air than that, and it's only an AMD XP 1800+.
That mofo probably stifles airflow to next to nothing.
