was wondering where i could get fogs that better match my SVT headlights

Just look around, there are several threads on this subject.
Hoen H10 fogs are probably the best match.
if i had SVT fogs, i would swap them out for Cibie Tango's and run that, but that's beside the point.

So would I. Unfortunately, they're 2.5" wider than the SVT fogs, and would require major bodywork to fit into the same place.if i had SVT fogs, i would swap them out for Cibie Tango's and run that, but that's beside the point.
I have the Silverstar's made by Sylvania... they aren't bad.
I had Silverstar 9005's in for about a year, they weren't a perfect match, but very bright. One burnt out on me, so I am gonna order Hoen Xenomatch 9005's soon.
