wow, there is nothing quite like seeing a 8.8 stuffed under a focus. quick question, I am sure you mentioned this before but which engine did you choose?

 

that is looking good! i was torn between v8 and what i bought, but i am happy with my choice.

I know you want it to look stock, but you should at least consider going with an SVT rear bumper. The rear valance on that bumper goes lower than the stock ZX3 bumper and can help hide the solid rear axle that you're sporting.

I agree. Plus, the new lower valance you can get with the 06 'ST' package can accomodate a dual exhaust.

i concur. my first thought was " if he wants it to be a sleeper, that pumpkin is a dead giveaway." but then, the exhaust size (and sound) will probably "out" you quickly, too.

nice work. i can relate to your contemplative, calculated approach. "only fools rush in" and all that.

I love it. But, imho, after it is all ready, you should get the whole thing painted screaming yellow. Just a thought

i dont think any focus has the aerodynamics or gearing to stay with a lambo at the track

honestly though i think id rather have the RS8... idk id have to test drive both to decide
