Well honestly I dont know what caused Lourenco to be such a huge CFM fan, but I would echo everything he's said. I've purchased and returned quite a few things from CFM. Nothing has been easier.

I completely agree that Tom stretches himself to far, and the customer loses. I could care less about toms payment policy, if people want to use a credit card, then they wont buy from Tom. Simple..

Tom offers excellent customer service as well, but he's much slower. Of course he offers services that CFM does not offer (fabrication and so on..)

CFM has some of the best service in the focus world, Tom will do all he can to make his customer happy, but it just might take a while. Lets not bash anyone here. Lourenco is just stating CFM's pricing.

But lets not turn this into a price war on line. It's not fair to the vendors, and I am with Slick. These prices aren't helping our vendors.
