Could any of you supply me with a copy of a sponsorship form. I think some of you would have some type of copy, be it a copy stating your sponsorship to FJ or other companies and/or to a person/persons car(s).I need to draft one up pretty quick, however dont feel like paying any lawyer fees etc...

Ive got a bodyshop who wants me to throw a plug in after the work is finished, and id like to make it professional and legit.
