I wanna get some new cams , but Im just not sure which ones.There is crower , kent , crane , ford , ....and i think I want stage 2.But should I buy valve springs for stage 2 cams?And whats the difference between the manufacturers?And If I dont have access to a dyno , should I just stay away from the cam gears?Also , how hard are valve springs to intall????....Im a fairly good learner since I work on jets.Thanks for any info on this all.

I've got crower stage 2's and i love em. springs aren't necessary but they wouldn't hurt. do a search in this forum for cams and you'll find all the info you need.

dont waste your money on springs yet they will hold up to higher revs than you think...wait until you get your car to redline very high 7 - 8000 rpm then get springs. for now spend money somewhere else
