So far I have a voolant intake and S2 dampers/ SVT springs.

Right now i'm planning to get (in this order)

1. SVT rear sway bar
2. Catback (leaning towards FS)
3. Race Header
4. Flex pipe
5. Cams and Cam Gear

Will I even be close to my HP goals with those mods?

Well, the suspension won't do a thing. But the other mods might be able to do it depending on which cams you get and how you tune them. The race header, flex pipe, and cat back will really help. Along with the Volant, your engine will be breathing really well. You might want to consider a 65mm throttle body and possibly a performance chip to make your quest a little more simple. FC Pulleys
Crower Stage 2 Cams
Chip
MAF

Guranteed 145-150whp and 130-140wtq with proper tuning.

This setup has been proven to work many times.



Carizme, FocusOnMyZeTec, Etc have similar setups and are making around the power you want to be at.

My power is 152whp and 142 ft/lbs TQ

Mods:

Early 2000 Intake Ported manifold
FS Raceheader & Flex comobo
Bosal Exhaust
Crower Stage II Cams
FC 65mm TB
Pro-Flow 70mm MAFS
AFX UDP
FC Waterpump pulley
Ford Racing Cam Gears
Iceman Intake

thats it and lemme say..it feels awsome and sounds bitchin!!

Did you ever consider getting the head package from either Focus Central or Focus Sport? That would give you everything you need minus the catback. you can just get the ported and polished head w/ the cams and camgears, then order the other bits later if money is tight after Christmas

He wouldnt even break the 120's with just a head package and no exhaust or intake work...but I agree it would be an awsome platform to build on..

So, w/ my listed mods, what would you folks GUESS the Approx HP Range to be?
I've not had cash to dyno, and no mods have needed dyno-tuning so far....
I've done almost everything that can be done and remain "Class-Legal" for SCCA STS-class Auto-X.

tuned with cam gears added 129whp & 130 ft/lbs TQ

i would recommend crower stage 2 cams aem cam gears aem intake borla exhaust thortle body race header and you should be hitting around 145 horse power. my freind had almost that excat same set up and was hitting around 148 horsepower to the ground.
