My gas milage sucks and I was just wondering if it was just me or if there's something wrong. I get like 21-24 MPG.(all city)

25-28 city
31-36 highway

performance mods: custom intake (K&N + ractive tubing), ported TB, FC UDPs, JBA street header, FC high flow cat, FC flex, Magnaflow cat back, diablochip, apex SS suspension, 5 spd w/ short shifter.

i noted a definate increase in fuel mileage after the exhaust got done.

Used to get 340-350 per tank, since mods I get about 300-310, when on the bottle a lot (wet kit) I get about 270 miles. haha.

I get 30mpg consistently with mixed driving, and it's too soon for me to really tell if my Screamin' Demon/Livewires purchase has increased my mileage, but I'm fairly sure it has...

damn, i get like 180-200 miles to the 1/4 tank mark.

hell even when i drove from ark to cali and back, i was doin a constant 70 and i was getting only 30mpg

I have an SVT: 25-26 mixed city/suburban driving. Probably around 32-34 on the road but I haven't done any long trips yet.

I believe those living in urban areas with smog problems have oxygenates in their fuel which probably depresses mileage by about 1-2 MPG.

That may be some consolation to those who are disappointed in their mileage.

About 400 miles per tank HWY is about right.
I've maxxed-out around 35-ish MPG HWY.
My Hwy MPG has gone up w/ each and every "Power" Mod I've done, except the chip which didn't change it at all.
When I TRY to run my tank down before an Auto-X, I've STILL gotten 26MPG...
If your Intake/Exhaust Mods aren't helping your mileage you've either made poor choices, or you're driving too erratically.

anywhere from 22-26 combination of both city/highway.

32-24mpg HWY
26-29mpg CITY

Only engine mods are a FS UDP, K&N filter, and Magnaflow exhaust. Some of you guys would be amazed what a little less throttle can do for you milage. Heaven forbid that people would pass you once in a while when accelerating from a stop light.

I get around 26-28 usually. I live in Phoenix so this is mostly highway with AC on full blast. In the winter I have my windows rolled down and I usually get around 28-30 mostly Highway.

Both of our Foci get identical mileage and mine has a JRSC. We both drive 50/50 city and highway and both get 29 - 31 MPG.

I get around 29-32 usually and that is 60% highway and the rest city shifting around 3000rpm's usually. For those that get lower mileage what are you guys shifting at, 5000rpm's?

I just did a full tune up on my 2000 ZX3 (plugs, msd wires, fuel filter, air filter, mobil1 synthetic oil and filter, Valvoline fuel injector cleaner,etc.....and I'm about to run the car bone dry and I'nm probably gonna get 260 mpg with most of the miles being city but some being highway. That sucks! I just ordered AMSOIL powerfoam to help clean the internals but I don't think that'll help a ton. My cat might be bad but other than that I don't see what else I can do.

Oh and my tire pressure is at 40 psi. 44 is max.

I'm getting around 240-260 miles on a full tank.
